The Algerian Agripreneurs Cycle
What is the Algerian Agripreneurs Cycle?
Algerian Agripreneurs is a support cycle designed to accelerate innovation in Agrobusiness/Agritech* sector in Algeria. It aims to support startups, innovative entrepreneurs, and project holders by providing a structured framework and strategic guidance.
Subject to file acceptance and approval by the selection committee of the Algerian Agripreneurs cycle, participants may benefit from additional advantages tailored to their specific project needs.
For non-labelled innovative project holders, the Algerian Agripreneurs cycle seeks to transform innovative ideas into concrete solutions adapted to the challenges of agrobusiness in Algeria. This includes supporting the labelling process and improving their prototypes. The cycle also provides assistance to labelled innovative projects and startups by facilitating market access, improving their economic viability, and strengthening their scalability—particularly by validating a Proof of Concept (POC) with a potential client and securing a first order. They may also become eligible for ASF funding or raise funds to launch their business.
The target groups of the cycle will benefit from a network of mentors and experts to accelerate their development and maximize their market impact.

An Agrobusiness/Agritech idea must include two key elements:
- 1. Target the agricultural and agri-food sector, from input suppliers to the end consumer, including all service providers and related activities of the value-chain.
- 2. Include at least one digital technology component, such as sensors, platforms, artificial intelligence, etc.
